Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

Sooo hey dad. Its father’s day. I got you a HUGE breakfast but you wont be able to enjoy it because your dumbass job called you in early like always. I decided not to go to sleep tonight to get you the t-bone steak just to make sure i can get home and watch you eat it. It honestly ruined my day when i called you to make sure you were at home to find that you were already on the way to work. I know i dont do a lot at home, im always out, and i never spend time with you, but it doesnt mean i love you any less. I love you just as much and even more. Regardless to how rude i am at times, you still show me compassion and are willing to talk to me. You ensure that im fed and force me to eat regardless to my conditions. You take my nonstop bitching and still end up in my room in the morning tidying it up while i dont know. You do so much for me when i give you nothing in return. Growing up, you gave me everything when you yourself had nothing. I forever in your debt and so when i am able to take care of you i am going to force you to retire. Ill never put you in a nursery home and hope to take care of you just as much as you took care of me. I wished you knew how much you mean to me but sadly we never really talk. From this day on, i promise to communicate with you more and actually stay home on a weekend for once. I love you. Enjoy your breakfast when you come back from work and ill see you late tonight.
